I owned and operated an auto body repair shop for years. So, I like to believe I know what finished automotive work looks like, as well as the related paperwork. On my 2024 truck, I had these guys install some entirely elective accessories. Not only did they complete the work quickly, affordably, neatly and correctly, they tied it all up very cleanly with the paperwork. It was a pleasant experience, and I'd even say I was impressed. Thanks to the patient, knowledgeable tech but also to Jason who steadily guided the project, kept me in the loop on progress and changes, managed my expectations well and delivered right on time.

Everything was great. The service was quick for our oil change by appointment on Saturdays. They just didn't reset the setting for our oil-life back to 100% from 11% after they were through. This had happened once before. They told us to come by any time and they would fix it, but my husband looked it up online and found the answer for the year, make, and model of our vehicle. I think each car is different, and what re-setting works for one vehicle doesn't work for another. Other than that, everything was great. They were super courteous. We are thankful for their great mechanical team and staff.

My experience with customer service has been disappointing. Shortly after purchasing a new truck, I encountered power steering issues that required the vehicle to be brought in for service. During this time, obtaining a loaner vehicle was unnecessarily difficult. I would like to note that Gabe was very helpful throughout the process and played a key role in my decision to purchase. However, the overall service experience has not met expectations.

I made the trip to the dealership to look at a 2026 GMC 3500. I was greeted by Bob. One of the salesmen. Bob never pressured me and sort of just let me look the vehicle over. I told Bob what I would give for the vehicle and told him to call me if we could make a deal. Bob called me and told me what they could do on the vehicle. I accepted the offer and told Bob I would be there the next day with a check. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. They didn't pressure me into buying extra warranty or things that I didn't ask for when buying my truck. When I arrived to get my vehicle, I was only there about 15 minutes, and the deal was done. Fantastic group!

After making an appointment with Kevin the day before, upon my arrival I wasn’t greeted and had to stand in front of the individual for 30 seconds before any eye contact was made. Asking for an oil change, air filter change and tires be rotated. They forgot the air filter. Had better service previously there. The cashier took care of the issue when brought to his attention.

Spilled def on our new 26 Denali Yukon when refilling it on the first service, didn’t bother to wipe it off the 4,000$ ceramic coating. The 27 point inspection wasn’t filled out properly, no battery amp reading and tire pressures written down as all matching at a completely different number than what’s on the screen and was the same psi of when it was dropped off being off 2 psi on the rears so who knows if the tires were actually rotated or not.
